Experiencing psychosis, whatever your diagnosis, can feel like your world has totally fallen apart. And in some ways it has. But use this opportunity to build up a new and improved life. I have done it time and time again. And if it happened again, I know I would be able to build an even better life. 

But we don’t experience psychosis for no reason. This book guides you to take the lessons that psychosis has been trying to teach you and build up your life again, better and stronger than ever before. Keep to the 12 steps and, while there is no guarantee, there is no reason why you have to experience psychosis ever again.
